2026 Moon & Seasonal Sound Baths
Designed for nervous-system-aware facilitation. Language prioritizes choice, pacing, embodiment, and safety over catharsis.

Friday, April 17 - New Moon - Aries
The New Moon in Aries carries the energy of a first breath — instinctive, forward-moving, alive. This session works with activation and regulation, waking the body gently while giving the nervous system room to find its footing. Short bursts of drum and hand pan give way to silence, because true boldness also knows when to pause.
Friday, May 1 - Full Moon - Scorpio
Scorpio's full moon invites you into deeper water — the emotions that have been quietly held, the things ready to be released. This session honors release with containment, moving through the depths without overwhelm. Singing bowls and a slow thunder drum hold the space. You don't have to dive. You only have to arrive.
Saturday, May 16 - New Moon - Taurus
Taurus knows what we keep forgetting: the body is the sanctuary. This new moon sound bath is rooted in embodiment and safety — an offering for anyone who has spent too long living from the neck up. Let the floor hold you. Let the bowls and hand pan bring you back to breath, weight, and the simple truth that you belong here.
Sunday, May 31 - Blue Moon - Sagittarius
A Blue Moon in Sagittarius is a rare invitation to expand — to let your awareness stretch toward the horizon while keeping one foot on the ground. This session works with expansion and orientation, using hand pan and chimes to carry you outward, with gentle reminders to look around and notice you are safe. Dream wide. Come back. Repeat.
Sunday, June 21 - Summer Solstice - Cancer
The longest day of the year is an altar to aliveness. This solstice session honors vitality with choice — not performed brightness, but the authentic warmth that lives in a body fully present in midsummer. Whether you rest or move, soften or open, there is no wrong way to be here. Let the hand pan and rattles meet you where you are.
Saturday, September 26 - Full Moon - Aries
Aries at full light is clear-eyed and certain. This session is a reclamation — of your edges, your voice, your right to take up space. The somatic focus is empowered boundaries, the felt sense of yes and no living in the body. Move at your own pace. The drum holds a beat that is yours to follow or not.
Saturday, October 10 - New Moon - Libra
Libra lives in the space between — the pause before two people reach toward each other. This new moon session works with relational attunement, the quiet body intelligence that knows how to both reach out and return to yourself. Singing bowls fill the room like a shared breath. Notice the space between you and others. It holds its own kind of warmth.
Sunday, October 25 - Hunter’s Moon - Taurus
The Hunter's Moon rises heavy and golden, and Taurus asks one thing: slow down. This session holds the energy of completion and nourishment — not a finish line, but the deep satisfaction of a season well-lived. Bowls settle, the thunder drum softens, and then silence arrives — not as absence, but as rest well-earned.
